How to Write Your Partner Preferences Without Ruling Out The One
Set preferences that guide matchmakers to compatible people β without filters so tight that you miss a wonderful match.
Preferences are a compass, not a cage. Set them thoughtfully so our matchmakers understand you, while leaving room for the right person to surprise you.
Separate values from wish-lists
Non-negotiables are usually values: faith, kindness, honesty, family orientation. Wish-list items β exact height, a specific city, a job title β are worth flexing for the right character.
Use ranges, not points
An age range, an income band and two or three acceptable cities give far better matches than one exact number.
Revisit after a few introductions
If you are seeing too few profiles, widen one or two preferences. Our team can suggest which filter is limiting you most.
